Matt La Giglia and his operations support team were phenomenal. Very knowledgable, clear and timely communications regarding the status of our loan. Matt ensured we had a clear understanding of pricing/lock options during this very volatile rate market. We had to do an out of state mobile signing which was accomodated timely to ensure we met our closing date. I highly recommend Matt and his team at Cherry Creek Mortgage for your home financing needs. ~Rhonda R.
Working with Matt was a dream. The mortgage process is often difficult and cumbersome. So many people involved, so many piece parts - it can be a real mess. Matt not only stuck by me throughout the process, but he helped keep me calm when things went haywire in other areas. Matt is excellent describing all parts of the process in layman's terms so you have a real command of what's going on. Matt was always prompt and respectful. I could tell that this process working successfully for me was his top priority.
