I recommend programs and strategies that will move their offer to the top of the pile! I compliment that by using a team approach with the buyer agent and a personal outreach to the listing agent.
Listing agents recommend offers with best price but also with financing by a lender they know, like and trust to get the job done with no surprises. I am that person!
I have been in banking since 1992 and in mortgage lending since 2001. My previous employment also includes a bank branch manager, business specialist, municipal lending, commercial loan administration as well as owning my own fitness company.
