Since 1997 I have serviced New Hampshire and Massachusetts from the Canadian border to Provincetown and have ushered countless home buyers into their new homes and I look forward to harnessing my career experience and guiding you through the home mortgage process every step of the way. I highly encourage first-time buyers, especially those couples newly together, to have an earnest conversation about where you stand financially. It’s essential to understand your budget and comfort level for an affordable monthly mortgage payment, which includes principal & interest, homeowners’ insurance, real estate taxes, and private mortgage insurance (PMI), if unable to deposit 20%. When I’m not working to put you in your ideal home, I enjoy spending as much time as possible with my loving wife and two adult children. Some of my hobbies include cycling, downhill skiing, hiking, camping, and kayaking. I also love listening to music and attending live concerts.
