Shamika has over 20 years of experience in leadership, strategic planning and community outreach. She entered the real estate industry in 2017 as a licensed Realtor, which inspired her to pursue lending in 2019 and now she is licensed through the National Mortgage Licensing System and Registry (NMLS) in over 30 states.

With an unwavering passion for service, Shamika utilizes a platform created from her skillfulness in problem solving, assertiveness, patience, negotiation tactics, and integrity to cultivate trusting and respectable relationships.
