Hello!

I’m Darryk Ledgerwood, your dedicated Loan Officer based in Wichita, KS.

I chose to enter the home lending business after serving my country as a Navy sailor. Struggling to find passion and purpose in work post-service, I decided to come home after over a decade of deployments and job-hopping across the nation. Spending time back in my hometown communities, I realized I could fulfill my need to serve by becoming the bridge to local homeownership. 

With a strong foundation in the mortgage industry, I specialize in zero down payment loans such as VA loans, USDA loans, and other affordable government loan programs. I also have experience with conventional loans, home improvement loans, and I am a member of the National Association of Realtors, Realtors of South-Central Kansas, the Wichita Independent Business Association, and many more professional organizations.

Wichita-born and Augusta-raised, I bring a deep familiarity with the local market, mid-west values, and a passion for serving my community through good, honest business. When I’m not assisting clients, you can find me snowboarding, playing the drums in a garage band with my hometown buddies, volunteering with our veteran community, or spending time with my many family members around town.
