About Me
Jim Griffiths graduated magna cum laude from Boston College in 1998. He then launched his very successful career working for the largest railroad in the United States, Union Pacific. In 2011 he entered the mortgage banking business. Jim’s strong work ethic, professionalism, and attention to detail gained him numerous promotions and the opportunity to live in multiple locations across the United States.
Jim accepted his current position as Senior Loan Officer at Cornerstone Mortgage, Inc. in July 2016. Now Guild Mortgage Company, their unmatched selection of financing programs for our clients is complemented by a professional, motivated, and positive can-do attitude. This allows it’s originators to quickly process, approve and close loans in a one-stop shop environment.
It’s no secret that buying a new home can be incredibly stressful, so making sure his clients get the best service is something he does every day. Creating a successful loan file means anticipating problems before they happen, and taking the extra steps needed to make sure everything is going to go as smoothly as possible. As a result of his career experiences, Jim has been exposed to real estate, finance, and lending across the country. Jim leverages his operations knowledge and superior customer service background allowing him to quickly assess needs, make decisions and offer special attention to detail and address virtually any client needs quickly to bring complete customer satisfaction.
Jim and his wife Lindsay reside in Olathe, KS, with their 4-year-old son and their 9-year-old yellow Labrador Lucy. When he is not meeting with his customers, he keeps busy enjoying skiing, fly fishing, hunting, golf and pretty much anything outdoors.
