Dave Brown is the branch manager of Guild's Overland Park office. Dave has over 20 years of financial experience. Dave is in the top 1% of loan originators in the nation, consistently closing between $80 million to $100 million per year.
Dave takes pride in working closely with his clients. He enjoys helping individuals find the right loan program to meet their financial goals. Dave has the knowledge and experience to assist his clients in making the best choice when buying a home. He is professional and strong asset to the Cornerstone team.
Dave is a graduate of Drake University (BSBA) and the University of Chicago’s Graduate School of Business (MBA). Mr. Brown is active in the community. He has served as the president of Impact KC, a group that provides grants to multiple non-profit organizations. He has also served on other non-for-profit boards, including CORO and the Johnson County Library Foundation. Mr. Brown was also a board member for Weldon Equity and Income Mutual Fund. He is the founder and president of the KC Alumni Chapter of the University of Chicago Business School.
