With over two decades in the mortgage industry, my passion for helping people realize their homeownership dreams remains stronger than ever. Since starting in 1998, I’ve loved the thrill of learning something new each day, whether it’s finding the perfect loan for a family’s first home or lowering a client’s monthly payments through a refinance. Many of my clients have become lifelong friends, and I’m blessed to consider them part of my extended family.

My expertise spans Conventional, FHA, VA, Rehabilitation, and USDA loans, but that’s just the start. I’m also experienced in Down Payment Assistance, First-Time Homebuyer programs, One-Time-Close Construction loans, new construction, investment properties, vacation homes, and more. As an individual, I am certified as a CreditSmart® Facilitator through Freddie Mac, which allows me to provide educational resources on credit and homeownership readiness.
