About me
Cari Zepeda is a Mortgage Loan Originator in Aurora, IL. Most of her family members are in the mortgage industry, including her mom, stepdad, and sister, as well as her husband who is a real estate appraiser. Cari received her appraisal certificate, but quickly found that she preferred a more in-depth interaction with her clients. Starting a new career in the industry, Cari brings a fresh perspective and energy to her clients. She is passionate about helping her clients fulfill their dreams of homeownership. She works hard to analyze each client’s personal and financial situation as if it were her own loan or family member’s loan. “It is important to think outside the box for both short-term and long-term goals, and how we can achieve them together. Outside of the office, Cari is married with two teenage sons who are homeschooled.
