Doing this process you will find its not always about the best programs. But getting with a lender who can explain to you the pros and cons to said programs and what will work best for you and your financial situation. The initial loan application is on line and he provided a very thorough explanation regarding its completion along with the very clear instructions provided on the document itself. In addition, if you prefer to conduct business face to face with your loan officer, he is very accommodating and will spend as much time with you as you need to get all your questions answered and your paperwork completed. I had to drop off some signed paperwork and didn’t realize I didn’t have everything I needed until I got to the bank. It was the day after thanksgiving and I mentioned to the bank person that I thought I was missing some things. Kade was so on top of the process he texted me that day and had the paperwork I needed sent to my email. This was the day after a holiday ... there is no mortgage lender managing their accounts on the holiday weekend except for Kade Lyons. I had to be out of town the next week in a remote location and Kade was still able to engineer all the transactions required to move the process along. This was a new construction loan so there were appraisals and reappraisals that had to be arranged as well as multiple walk throughs.
