Faith Helm has been in the mortgage industry for more than 14 years. Faith has held the roles of Licensed Mortgage Originator, Team Manager, Processor, and Closer. Faith has built her business based on purchase loans where she strives to be one of the top loan officers in the Southeast, in Loan Volume and Units . Faith has been recognized for her work in the industry with numerous awards.

Originally from Tucson, Arizona, where the majority of her family resides today, Faith has 2 daughters, her eldest graduated in May of 2015 from the University of Georgia and has recently married and her youngest who is currently in her Sophomore year at the University of Georgia. Faith spends most of her free time with her daughters and family when she is not working.

At Guild Mortgage, Faith appreciates the true team environment, local operations with in-house underwriting, processing and closing. She specializes in FHA, USDA, VA, and new construction loans, first-time homebuyer financing and as a credit-repair specialist.
