Faith Helm has been in the mortgage industry for more than 22 years. Faith has held the roles of Licensed Mortgage Originator, Team Manager, Processor, and Closer. Originally from Tucson, Arizona, Faith moved to the Atlanta area in 1996. Faith has 2 beautiful daughters, both who graduated from the University of Georgia. (GO DAWGS!!) Faith spends most of her free time listening to live music, playing in a cornhole league and a sports enthusiast for her home teams. At Guild Mortgage, Faith appreciates the true team environment, local operations with in-house underwriting, processing and closing. She specializes in FHA, Conventional, USDA, VA, and new construction loans, first-time homebuyer financing and a specialist when it comes to tough loans.
