Hi, I’m Brian Sanchez, also known as "The Loan Squatch." My journey into the mortgage industry began with a frustrating home-buying experience. I blindly trusted my loan officer, following his directions without question. He told me what was going to happen, but never once took the time to explain what I was signing or that I had other options. It wasn’t until after closing that I realized I hadn’t been fully informed—and I didn’t even know I had choices. That feeling of being left in the dark drove me to learn everything I could about mortgages. As I dug deeper, I discovered how much I enjoyed the process, and I became passionate about making sure others aren’t left in the same position.
