About me
I am originally from Memphis, Tennessee, but have lived in Lakeland, FL for 20 years. I’ve raised my two beautiful daughters here. Before entering my loan origination career, I worked for Marriott International for nine years. My work there included processing loans and doing title work for timeshare purchases. I have been a Loan Originator since 2016 and worked for two other companies prior to joining Guild Mortgage. I enjoy shopping, traveling, cooking, yoga, and hitting the beach anytime I get a chance. I pride myself on being an excellent communicator. I respond to my clients quickly and am always available to answer questions. My goal is to walk each client through the mortgage lending process while giving them a world-class experience every step of the way.

I was a mortgage wholesale representative for 12 years. I 've met literally 200 Mortgage Advisors. Gina is in the Elite group of 10 that I've seen that does the little things that separates them from the competition. I've never seen one analyze a unique deal (like ours with needing to qualify before selling current home). She did a rough draft like structure of the deal to get the framework and then tweaked it no less than 10 times to not only get us to qualify but added value by shopping homeowners for us. Then she had 5 or 6 different scenarios that let us decide what to pay off to meet ratio requirements. I was amazed by her proactively reaching out to make the experience better even when those new wrinkles pop up (which always happens). She seamlessly accomodated things we needed last minute and made them non-issues. First rate service and I will absolutely recommend Gina and her team Nancy and Amber... They were all 1st rate.
