Hello everyone! ¡Hola amigos!

My name is Jesus Sauceda, and I’m a Loan Originator at Guild Mortgage. I’ve proudly called Northern Colorado home for the past 20 years. I graduated from Windsor High School (Go Wizards!) and continued my education at the University of Northern Colorado (Go Bears!). Currently, I’m furthering my studies in Finance through CSU Global Campus to deepen my knowledge and better serve my clients.

Outside of work, I love spending quality time with my amazing wife, Stefanie, and our adorable 10-pound Pomeranian, Duke, who we lovingly refer to as our furry son. On weekends, you’ll find us hiking scenic trails, relaxing by the lake, or enjoying just about any outdoor adventure Colorado has to offer.

I’m deeply passionate about helping people achieve homeownership, especially Spanish-speaking families and first-time home buyers. Growing up, the idea of owning a home felt out of reach—like something that required endless amounts of money and resources. But that couldn’t be further from the truth. At Guild Mortgage, I use my role to empower buyers with knowledge, confidence, and personalized guidance.
