My passion for helping others led me to the mortgage industry 26 years ago. Coming from a realtor family, it feels like I've been in the business for as long as I can remember. I am an active leader with local Realtor boards and BNI. I was The Affiliate of the year in 2003-2004 with Jefferson County Association of Realtors, Outstanding Leadership of Affiliate council 2002-2003, I also served as Chair of the Affiliate Council for three terms and continue to stay heavily involved, keeping up with everything happening in real estate.

My wife, Carol, and I have been married for 29 years, and we have two children, Trent and Chanel. When I'm not working, I enjoy sports, live music, traveling, and spending time with my family.

What a great experience working with Tim Siebenthal and the Guild Mortgage team!! In 2015 we bought our first home together. We met Tim during the process but were already committed to another mortgage company at that time. There were many hiccups along the way much confusion and ultimately an unsatisfactory experience with the other company. So when we decided early this year to purchase a new home we decided to go with Tim and WOW! We are so glad that we did! The process was simple seamless and every question we had along the way was answered. Tim was always available if we needed anything even when the question wasn't specifically related to his side of the transaction. Additionally there were some unique considerations for the loan transaction because of our living trust. Upon learning of the trust Tim and his team shifted gears and handled it without any issues. I would have appreciated the smoothness of the transaction with Tim regardless but having had a bad experience prior to working with him made me appreciate him and his team all the more.
