About me
My passion to help others led me to the mortgage industry 24 years ago. Evolving from a realtor family, it seems like I’ve been in the business for as long as I can remember. I provide clients and agents with excellent communication during the lending process to ensure you're comfortable with every step. I work diligently to understand your needs and secure the best terms for you to meet your goals. Whether we’re working to buy a dream home or helping to refinance, I love the sight of happy clients improving a financial situation.
In the real estate industry, you can count on me to be the person you call first for fast and accurate answers. I am an active leader with local Realtor boards and BNI. I was awarded Affiliate of the Year and Most Outstanding Affiliate by various area Realtor boards. I also served as Chair of the Affiliate Council for three terms, and continue to be heavily involved, staying on top of everything happening in real estate.
My wife, Carol and I have been married for 27 years, and we have two children, Trent and Chanel. Trent is working on his Journeyman Electrician license and Chanel, our daughter is in Graduate school for Pharmacy. When I’m not working, I enjoy sports, live music, traveling and family time.

What a great experience working with Tim Siebenthal and the Guild Mortgage team!! In 2015 we bought our first home together. We met Tim during the process but were already committed to another mortgage company at that time. There were many hiccups along the way much confusion and ultimately an unsatisfactory experience with the other company. So when we decided early this year to purchase a new home we decided to go with Tim and WOW! We are so glad that we did! The process was simple seamless and every question we had along the way was answered. Tim was always available if we needed anything even when the question wasn't specifically related to his side of the transaction. Additionally there were some unique considerations for the loan transaction because of our living trust. Upon learning of the trust Tim and his team shifted gears and handled it without any issues. We definitely felt the benefit of Tim's 20 something years of experience in the mortgage industry! I would have appreciated the smoothness of the transaction with Tim regardless but having had a bad experience prior to working with him made me appreciate him and his team all the more.
