About Me

I was born and raised in Colorado and the beautiful town of Berthoud, located in Northern Colorado is where I call home. Our beautiful Rocky Mountains are some of my favorite places to camp, hike, and explore.


My mission is to provide an enjoyable, stress-free experience for my customers. My knowledge and product expertise help ensure a smooth process from beginning to end.


I started my career in mortgage when I was nineteen, and quickly advanced through processing, post-closing, and compliance. I have had the privilege of working in many roles such as, underwriting and operations management. My extensive experience in underwriting mortgage loans, affords me first-hand knowledge of the agency and investor acceptability. This background has given me thorough knowledge of guidelines and products including, Conventional, Jumbo, Government, and Down payment assistance. This is extremely valuable and enables me to provide a smooth process for my referral partners and borrowers. We have loan options to fit every situation, from down payment assistance programs for first-time homebuyers to government-sponsored programs for military families and rural residents or jumbo loans in high-cost markets.



A Conventional loan is a great option if you have an average to high credit score and little debt. This allows you to take advantage of lower interest rates. With these types of loans, you have the option to put 20% down, which eliminates the need for private mortgage insurance (PMI) and saves you money. If you don’t have a large down payment saved up though, don’t worry. We have Conventional loan options for down payments as low as 3%.


If you’re looking to buy on a tight budget, these loans are a great option. It’s easier to qualify for FHA loans because they carry lower credit score requirements and lower down payment options starting at 3.5% down. They’re also insured by the Federal Housing Administration (FHA) and only issued by FHA-approved lenders.


Jumbo loans offer larger loan amounts than most other loan programs. These loans are a great option if you’re looking to buy a more expensive home and have a great credit score and strong financial situation.
