We met May at an open house, we weren't even pre approved she was very caring and told us to put our information down that she would give us a call as she mentioned she was a lender and could get us pre approved if we were interested. Since we had no idea on what to expect or what was required she contacted us right away and asked if we wanted to start the process. My husband and I were like sure lets just see how much we can get pre approved. May guided us throughout the process and was very patient and made sure we understood every step of the way. We had a great experience with her, great communication and follow ups! We would 100% recommend working with her as she found ways to help us anyway possible, she went above and beyond. We are very happy and thankful that we found her because some other lenders we came across they just tell you they will call you but they don't. May on the other hand she is very caring since the day we met her and find ways to help you as much as possible. We were first time home buyers and May for sure made a great, fast and positive experience for us. We were the first generation buying a home and would definitely refer her to our families who are looking to buy a house down the road. If it wasn't for May we wouldn't have our house by now, we were very blessed to work with her very happy with all her help and guidance!
