About Me
Dan Samera began his career as a loan agent in 2001 after leaving a Fortune 500 company in the SF Bay Area. He moved his family to Fairfield, CA in Solano County in 2022. Having spent over 22 years in the Air Force Reserves he wanted to live in a military community and serve active duty and veterans with their home buying needs. He has also become an expert in several different loan borrowing scenarios: first-time home buyers and down payment assistance programs, investment properties, vacation homes, renovation, VA and FHA loans. Transparency and full communication are paramount to Dan. Reducing the stresses of the loan process is key to helping each borrower achieve their homeownership dreams and goals.
In Dan’s free time he enjoys working out, bicycling, and spending time with his two daughters.
