I had clients living in Florida, wanted to live closer to the grandkids here in Maryland. I called Kelly and asked if she did bridge loans, these folks needed to pull their equity from the house to buy. She said she did, and she had these guys approved and ready to go very quickly. We found a house they want to buy, which of course had multiple offers. I sent in the offer. Jennifer from Kelly's team calls the agent right afterward to talk about the buyers. The agent calls me and says he has 3 offers including ours with more coming. He decided to accept our offer and not take any others and cited one of the main reasons was he liked the lender. Winner! We closed last week, my buyers are THRILLED with Kelly and her team (as am I). I give her my highest recommendation.
