On May 25th 2023 I contacted Guild Mortgage seeking help for a Refi or Reverse Mort. Tyler Blackman contacted me and we discussed my situation. Tyler sent me 3 Proposals to look at to help me decide which route to take. Knowing nothing about Reverse Mort. Tyler explained all of them to me. Tyler has been there every step of the way! He knows this reverse mortgage stuff inside and out. Tyler had an answer for every question I had. Gave great financial points along the way. This is my 3rd reverse and my 2nd with Tyler. He respected the knowledge I myself had but taught me so much more. He takes your personal situations into consideration and doesn't group you into the norm. I have been able to upgrade my home with a walk-in shower, landscaping and a beautiful garage with custom cabinets and epoxy flooring.
