Thomas Lake is a Senior Loan Advisor with Cherry Creek Mortgage and holds mortgage licenses in 17 different states. With over 20 years of experience in traditional and reverse mortgages, he also has the necessary skills and experience to create the right plan for the right mortgage. As a licensed Mortgage Loan Advisor, Thomas , goal is to provide each client with the tools they need to make an informed decision, and his current focus is primarily on senior clients with specific loans that deal with those aged 62 and better.

A Conventional loan is a great option if you have an average to high credit score and little debt. This allows you to take advantage of lower interest rates. If you don’t have a large down payment saved up though, don’t worry. We have Conventional loan options for down payments as low as 3%.
