Keegan Wetzel is a former Division I football player for the United States Naval Academy's football team, where he earned First Team Academic All-American honors, graduating with a B.S. in Control Systems Engineering - and continuing on to play with multiple NFL teams in the 2013 season. Following his military service, he transitioned into the real estate industry in San Diego, becoming a successful investor, developer, real estate agent, and mortgage broker - while working a full-time job as a Civilian for the Department of Defense.

Over this period of time Keegan built a substantial syndication and personal multifamily real estate portfolio in San Diego, CA of over 150 units.

3 years after Keegan started investing in real estate, he knew it was time to leave behind the Department of Defense work and focus full-time on helping clients develop their net worth and find beautiful homes, leveraging his extensive experience in zoning regulations, real estate development, and financing options.

Keegan's loan product knowledge, skill, work-ethic, drive, and never-quit attitude bring a passion and dedication to his client's whether they are purchasing their first home, or their one-hundredth home!
