About me
Jacob Bahr is a man dedicated to helping others with his specific skillset. Born and raised in Colorado Springs, Jacob knows the area, the builders, and has grown to love the many amenities that we can all enjoy here in Colorado.
At the age of 18, Jacob received his Colorado Real Estate License. He has also worked for All Pro Capital, a private equity investment company, as well as a credit union. After studying finance, family life, and Spanish at Brigham Young University, Jacob decided to use his skillset and background in real estate and finance to help people in what is one of the largest and most stressful financial decisions of their lives.
Jacob Bahr has become an Accredited Financial Counselor (AFC®) to better serve the people he works with. Jacob believes that everyone can purchase a house. He loves working with people long-term in order to help them not only BUY a house but be able to AFFORD the house. He is happy to help create budgets, help with credit building, and assist you in the purchase of your future home.
