I was offered a better interest rate. Alex was awesome. He made sure to maximize what I would be allowed versus the interest rate. I did not want to go any higher on interest. It is a bit of a process and I was even getting updates on Sunday! That was very impressive. I really appreciate that all involved tried to expedite the whole process.
