About Me
Shortly after I began my mortgage career at a small Savings & Loan in 1986, I saw how the relationship between effective mortgage and debt management could enhance the availability of a borrower's funds for investment and their long-term goals for wealth creation. Mortgage planning and debt management are the not-so-often considered other half of financial planning.
In support of this approach and to bring a real value-added experience that benefits my clients, I invested in my professional development in earning a Master's degree in Business Administration and obtained a Certified Mortgage Planning Specialist designation, a rigorous program that combines in-depth mortgage strategies, debt analysis and management techniques with financial planning.
To keep these designations also includes annual continued education and re-certification. The purpose is to bring useful information and high-quality service to my clients not typically found elsewhere in the mortgage industry.
My objective is to create a genuine "client-for-life" relationship that helps build a lasting foundation for each of my client’s long-term financial security.
I am licensed in California and Texas.
