Briana Swan

Hello! I'm Bri Swan, a Loan Officer at Guild Mortgage.

I began my journey in the mortgage industry in 2022, with a brief pause to settle into my new home in Oakdale, CA. Originally from Morgan Hill, I’m proud to serve the communities of Oakdale and Stanislaus County, as well as my hometown and the greater Santa Clara County area.

With a background in marketing at a San Jose-based credit union and experience with the Oakdale Chamber of Commerce, I bring a unique blend of financial and community insight to my role. I'm especially passionate about financial literacy and love helping people understand their options so they can build wealth and long-term stability through homeownership.

Outside of work, I’m a proud dog mom to my rescue pup, Beau, and I love staying active in the Oakdale community. I currently serve or volunteer with several local organizations, including:
