Brett Nicoletti

This review is based solely on Brett at Guild. We have been renters for years and decided to start doing the open house weekend tours. After finding a house we loved, and we had found an agent during one of the open houses, we needed a mortgage and kicked off that process. I know someone that had used Guild before (years ago) and reached out as the LG office was the closest one to us. Anyways, Brett responded and has been great to work with. He has helped every step of the way, answering all questions, and working to ensure that we got what we needed. He fought for us and helped with rate and underwriting questions as they popped up. So if you need help with a mortgage, even in the craziness of spring of 2025, I cannot recommend Brett enough.
