About me
Cynthia Leal started in the lending industry at the age of 18. Graduated pre-med from UC San Diego with a Biochemistry and Cell Biology Degree. Cynthia closes the gap with lending and consumer knowledge, educating on programs to help underserved communities.
She takes pride in educating each customer and helping them achieve their lifelong dream of homeownership the right way, while reinstating her industry partners' beliefs in the home lending process across various states. Currently, she is one of the most active lenders for the Los Angeles Housing and Community Investment Department for their first-time home buyer initiatives, she is also a Certified Freddie Mac Credit Coach. She speaks on a panel for the California Association of Realtors Transaction Rescue Division and the Los Angeles Housing Authority for the Family Self-Sufficiency Program helping section 8 recipients become homeowners and celebrates their success each year.
