Mr. Forester is a lender to trust and he is very helpful. Mr. Forester is very professional; he updates estimates' information quickly. He knows how to manage his field efficiently as a lender. Since, the escrow was closed in less than 21 days, as a result, I saved money in the closing fee costs. In addition, I got a refund from escrow. Mr. Forester is an honest lender.
We were 6 weeks in to a nightmare real estate transaction when Casey swooped in to save the day. As the home seller, we had been strung along past several deadlines with the buyer's original choice of lender. Communication had been non-existent and we were beginning to give up hope that the deal would ever close. That's when Casey stepped in and worked his magic. He took the time to speak with me personally to explain the process, and kept me updated throughout. He completed the loan in 2 weeks, all the while emailing updates so all parties involved knew where we were in the process. Casey was competent, compassionate and an all-around pleasure to do business with.
I would continue to use Casey and his team on home purchases. Great team! Not only does he respond super fast to my emails, phone calls or even texts, his knowledge is appreciated. His team is also amazing! I have and would recommend them to friends.
