My name is Rebecca Wooding. I am a Sr. loan Officer at Guild Mortgage in Tucson AZ. I was born and raised in AZ and I have always been proud to call Arizona my home.

I am passionate about the needs and goals of each client and specialize in bringing piece of mind to all during the loan process. In addition, I go above and beyond to help clients understand the mortgage process and give each client realistic expectations for the process. I believe in taking the time to listen and understand each borrower as this is the key to structuring the right loan for every individual situation.

In my practice as a Loan Officer I am well known for my fun personality, great customer service, consistent communication, strong attention to detail and ensuring a positive experience for all parties in a transaction including buying and listing agents. I know what it takes to successfully close a transaction and make the buying experience positive and seamless.
