Duke and Candace went way above and beyond finding us the right mortgage to refinance our home. The biggest difficulty was finding a lender that would finance an off grid home way out in the country. The best part was we were able to complete everything on-line as we are 45 minutes away from the closest town. They simplified the process and made it easy for us. You would think, as a 25 year Realtor, I would have a good navigation planned for a purchase, with a hold of our current residence. After preparing a HELOC, and planning a bridge loan, Duke advised me I could get a zero down VA loan, And without selling our current home.
