I cannot say enough good things about my experience working with Tom Sullivan at Guild Mortgage. From the very first conversation through closing, Tom was outstanding in every sense of the word. Purchasing a home can be stressful and overwhelming, especially with all the moving parts involved, but Tom made the entire loan process feel organized, clear, and completely manageable. Tom was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to walk me through each step of the process, explaining things in plain terms and making sure I fully understood my options. He was always attentive and responsive—calls, emails, and questions were handled quickly and thoroughly, which gave me a lot of confidence throughout the transaction.
