Rafael is an excellent representative of Guild Mortgage. He was patient, understanding, and guided us diligently through the entire process. This was not an ordinary refinance—this involved a family property that was being purchased (bought out) from another family member. Because of complications within the trust and significant delays, the process ultimately took well over a year to complete.Throughout that entire time, Rafael remained extremely patient, diligent, and hard-working. He was never pushy and never gave up on the process, even during moments when I nearly did out of sheer frustration.
