I've ready told Gabe this directly, but he excelled at handling me as a first time home buyer. If you've never bought a home or gotten a mortgage before it's an intimidating experience. Of the brokers I contacted he was the only one who offered to meet in person right away and let me know it was just a chance to chat, discuss what I was looking for and go over the mortgage process. That set me at ease immediately and after meeting him I had no desire to work with anyone else. He kept me updated in real time, made sure I knew what to expect when a new document to sign was coming or the why of why a certain document from me was needed. He got me the best rate possible, set me up for success with knowledge of what comes next after closing, and just made a potentially stressful process smooth sailing.
