Through out the process I docusigned all the documents. I was asked to make sure the money was ready for the day of closing so I had to go to my bank in California by plane. To my surprise I had to fly back to Arkansas to sign the loan docs. I think this was on the real estate side because my agent is the one that insisted I be there. It was about a 1500 dollar cost that was not accounted for.
