Megan Chaney

First and foremost, I've recommended Megan to a few people already. Another important point, Megan does not incentivize 5 star reviews. My review (and I'm positive all other reviews) are genuine experiences. Megan is a rockstar, she is somebody you want in your corner. She's sharp, professional, and Quick! Megan was able to get our family into a beautiful home. Everybody only talks about the home but not how they got the home. If it weren't for Megan and her knowledge and expertise, our dream would still be a dream. I can go on and on about how much we appreciate Megan and her team at Guild. Do yourself a favor and get Megan on your Team. She is so good at her job that we are already scheming up plans for the next property!

Megan, from the Bentonville location, was great to work with, was always on top of everything, calling and/or texting updates etc. The entire process from start to finish went very smoothly, would definitely use Guild Mortgage & Megan again should I ever decide to purchase another house...

No doubt its a lot of work on both sides, but it went fairly smoothly. Megan was great to work with which made it easier for me.
