First and foremost, I've recommended Megan to a few people already. Another important point, Megan does not incentivize 5 star reviews. My review (and I'm positive all other reviews) are genuine experiences. Megan is a rockstar, she is somebody you want in your corner. She's sharp, professional, and Quick! Megan was able to get our family into a beautiful home. Everybody only talks about the home but not how they got the home. If it weren't for Megan and her knowledge and expertise, our dream would still be a dream. I can go on and on about how much we appreciate Megan and her team at Guild. Do yourself a favor and get Megan on your Team. She is so good at her job that we are already scheming up plans for the next property!
