About Me

I have helped all kinds of people with mortgage lending for over 25 years in and around Winchester. Having taken almost 10,000 loan applications and financed over half a billion dollars in loans, I know how to help you get into a home. 

I put my clients first in everything. As the legendary Zig Ziglar says, "You can have everything in life you want if you will just help other people get what they want." We have loan options to fit every situation, from down payment assistance programs for first-time homebuyers to government-sponsored programs for military families and rural residents or jumbo loans in high-cost markets.

Conventional

Conventional

A Conventional loan is a great option if you have an average to high credit score and little debt. This allows you to take advantage of lower interest rates. With these types of loans, you have the option to put 20% down, which eliminates the need for private mortgage insurance (PMI) and saves you money. If you don’t have a large down payment saved up though, don’t worry. We have Conventional loan options for down payments as low as 3%.

Down payment assistance

If you’re purchasing your first home, you have options to buy without saving a full down payment. Down payment assistance (DPA) programs can help with your down payment in the form of a loan or grant that is often forgiven over time.
FHA

FHA

If you’re looking to buy on a tight budget, these loans are a great option. It’s easier to qualify for FHA loans because they carry lower credit score requirements and lower down payment options starting at 3.5% down. They’re also insured by the Federal Housing Administration (FHA) and only issued by FHA-approved lenders.

Jessica was absolutely FANTASTIC and exceeded my expectations. The purchaser had challenges with another lender, must to everyone's disappointment. I represented the seller in this transaction and they were offput by the unexpected delays with the first lender. I was very plain-speaking in my angst toward Jessica at first because the change of lenders came as a surprise. I later apologized for my snarky attitude, for I knew it wasn't her fault I was unaware of the change. Jessica made ALL THE DIFFERENCE with this transaction and I can truly attest, that she is an asset to your lending brokerage. She made a believer out of me, and my sellers -- and that's for certain. Job well done. Everyone on this side is ultra-grateful for her hard work, diligence, and communication.
