I first learned about your company over a year ago when I did a google search on refinance. your company came up with a lot of others like Quicken, Rocket, etc. After recieving multiple calls and texts from the various companies I decided to contact the two that I thought would be able to do the deal. To my surpise and frushtration the were all a waste of time and a bunch of fluff. What I found amazing is that, Monica was the first to repond. But because I wasn't familiar with the company I went the other way just to come back to the one that reached out first. Thank you for that. Lesson learned. MInd you no loan is perfect but the numbers we settled on were a lot better than the big boys. Thanks again.
