There is just SO many positive things I can say about James. almost five years ago we met on new years and started talking about the home buying process, we couldn't find anyone to work with us and James took us under his wing and pulled every string possible to make it so we got into a home. He helped us refinance that house in 2021 and then this year we were able to work together again to buy our second home. James has been available every single year I called, texted and just had some questions about trying to move. He always let me talk out my crazy thoughts and work through them with me. James Beck is a true master of his trade. We had a difficult refinance due to our self employment and the uniqueness of our property. James took extra time (nights and weekends) to make sure our transaction was moving along. He answered all of our questions explained the process and presented us with options so we could accomplish our main goal of the refinance. Not only was James a great his team was as well. They were constantly in contact with us and walked us through a couple of electronic document signatures that went haywire. James even set up a virtual mobil notary so I could sign several documents while I was on a hunting trip in South Dakota. I was literally standing in a corn field hunting pheasant while on a video call with a mobile notary who notarized important documents that were required to keep our closing on time. This was ABOVE & BEYOND in my opinion I was not inconvenienced in the slightest!Great Job James Guild and to your team!!! James and his team were truly extraordinary. Right from the start James was friendly and helpful. He really took the time to make sure I understood the entire process and his team kept me informed every step of the way. I actually got an interest rate better than I expected and the whole process went very smoothly. I would recommend James and the staff at Guild without hesitation.
