Jami was professional throughout the entire process. Not only was she responsive to all my questions and concerns but she always responded right away! She was sensitive to the speed bumps that occurred and supported me until the end! I so appreciate her and her team. Hands down the best team! If we still lived in Arizona we would not consider working with any other mortgage company - it's a pity Jami isn't licensed in Oregon because when we returned to our home state to be close to family the Amerifirst team we worked with ... which by the way is licensed in Arizona as well as Oregon ... left a lot to be desired. It was a nightmare. Poor communication was an ongoing issue along with an underwriter who was so incompetent she made us miss our closing date which prompted the seller to demand money up front or he would refuse to renew our contract. Amerifirst refused to make it good. Congratulations Jami et al! You truly are the best because you treat people the way you would like to be treated.
