About Me
Welcome! I have been in the banking industry since 2010 and switched to mortgage in 2013. My goal is to reach as many people as I can and make the home buying or refinancing experience as seamless as possible. I have the passion and drive to be sure everyone is treated the same and all my clients feel valued. You are taken care of from the first phone call to the last signature on the page and well into the time you are making your mortgage payments. How I am unique? I try to take the stress away from you. If you get me the documents I have requested and/or answer my questions in a timely manner it will be a very smooth path for you. The road to home ownership can seem like a scary process but let's work together and make your dreams a reality. What is your dream? I spend my free time running around to different activities our two daughters' have going on. Our family enjoys traveling and exploring new areas. She was easy to work with and always fast and timely with her responses! For example, when I decided to put in an offer on my house I wasn’t prequalified. The seller was reviewing offers the following day at 5pm. I called her on a Sunday evening and well… she had it to me the following morning! Also attributing to the ease of working with her was her ability to clearly answer or explain anything I needed. Jennifer McConnell is truly an ANGEL! Jennifer grabbed the wheel, with my approval, when I needed someone to do just that!
