Katie really listened to what we were looking for and our situation. When rates lowered she was able to lock us in. Katie was very communicative and explained everything I had questions on. When there was progress on my loan, an email was sent with a video on what was going on with my loan behind the scenes.
My loan officer was great help every step of the way from beginning to end and was way more help than my real estate agent
