Hi, I’m Brady Koerwitz

I’m a Loan Officer with over 15 years of experience helping clients achieve their homeownership goals. After graduating from the University of Wyoming in 2001, I began my career managing branches for Enterprise Rent-A-Car before moving into the mortgage industry in 2010. Since then, I’ve worked with Wells Fargo and U.S. Bank, and in July 2022, I joined Guild Mortgage. I’m proud to be part of an independent company that focuses exclusively on home loans and puts clients first.

I grew up in Thermopolis, WY, and I’m a lifelong Wyoming Cowboys fan—you’ll find me at almost every home football and basketball game. Outside of work, I love hunting, fishing, and traveling the world. I’ve been married to my wife Stacey, a professional photographer and artist, for 24 years, and we live in Cheyenne. Our son is currently attending the University of Wyoming
