Eric Stenger

Eric Stenger is an Area Manager with Guild Mortgage, proudly serving the Eastern Panhandle of West Virginia, Winchester, Virginia, Hagerstown, Maryland, and surrounding communities. With more than 30 years of experience in the mortgage industry, Eric has helped generations of homebuyers navigate the financing process with confidence.

 

He is especially passionate about helping first-time homebuyers, veterans utilizing VA home loan benefits, borrowers using West Virginia Housing Program financing, and move-up buyers looking to achieve their next homeownership goal. Eric believes every borrower has a unique story, and he takes pride in listening carefully to understand each client's specific needs and objectives.

 

Deeply involved in his community, Eric participates in Rotary, Scouting America, the Chamber of Commerce, local Realtors Associations, and Builders Associations. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family, camping, hiking, listening to bluegrass music, and cheering on local high school and college football teams.
