Keri did her best with a loan that changed programs several times. With a buyer who was qualified, however, was a job jumper so we struggled verifying employment. She was always transparent and honest with the file status and when we had issues with underwriting (out of her control). She kept us (agent and buyers) calm and focused on the end result, even if it took till the 11th hour! Her and her Team got it done and the buyers are thrilled with their new home!
