Despite countless hurdles to overcome in our process Joe and Brianna went above and beyond to find new and creative ways to achieve the goals we were working towards.

Seems like several documents had to be signed multiple times. The other issues were with the title company. Emails and phone calls from us were unanswered by closing agent. closing agent would not give us copies of documents, only provided copies of costs. she then provided incorrect information regarding tax deductible mortgage interest. I would not recommend that closing agent.

WE had to close in a very short window of time. Joe, Jed, Brianna, and the Guild team bent over backwards to make it happen.

Joe Long is a one-of-a-kind lender. Not only is his communication consistently on-point, but his communication is with ALL parties involved in the transaction - Buyer, Buyer Agent, and Listing Agent...not to mention condo associations and property managers when needed. His knowledge of the ever-changing real estate and lending market exceeds any I've experienced with other lenders. I'm am regularly asked by my buyer clients if Joe will be at closing, simply because they want to thank him for his top-notch service and the integral role he and his team played in their home purchase. My favorite type of clients to send Joe are first-time home buyers...he always meets them where they are and provides judgement-free guidance on how they can achieve their real estate goals. His experience has taught him to be thinking multiple steps ahead so he is able to identify and resolve issues before they present a problem. There are many well-known lenders in our market and in the industry overall, but there is only one Joe Long and he has earned every bit of this review for his consistency, knowledge, and demeanor over the 9 years I've had the opportunity to refer my clients to him. This is my second time buying a house, first time with Guild and Joe. He was awesome. He took the time to answer a million questions about the process. He was always available for a quick text or even a long conversation. He felt more like a personal friend opposed to a mortgage lender. He recommended our realtor who was just as good and knowledgeable as him.
