We cannot recommend Leo enough! If you're looking for someone to help you purchase your new home, look no further. Leo guided this first-time homebuyer every step of the way. He was always available whenever we needed him and took the time to explain everything thoroughly, making sure we understood exactly what was needed from us and what we were signing up for. He was incredibly transparent about costs and walked us through multiple financing scenarios so we could choose the option that best fit our goals. From interest rates, home values, mortgage insurance, property taxes, and debt-to-income ratios, you name it, Leo thought of it. I refer to him as a wizard because I honestly don't know how he made my dream of homeownership come true, but somehow he did.
