I'm Torin Antijunti, a Mortgage Loan Officer with Guild Mortgage serving Yakima, Selah, Ellensburg, Richland, the Tri-Cities, and communities across Central Washington from Cle Elum to Richland. I focus on helping clients make informed home financing decisions through clear communication, practical guidance, and a personalized approach.

I work with a wide range of borrowers, including first-time homebuyers, self-employed borrowers seeking bank statement loan options, relocation clients, homeowners exploring refinancing opportunities, and families navigating unique life challenges. My mortgage specialties include conventional loans, FHA loans, down payment assistance programs, bank statement loans, HELOCs, and refinance solutions. I also help clients with VA, USDA, and jumbo financing.

What sets me apart is my commitment to treating every client like family. I believe every borrower deserves to feel valued, informed, and supported throughout the mortgage process. Communication is a top priority for me, and I tailor my approach to each client. Some borrowers want detailed guidance every step of the way, while others prefer more independence. Having grown up in the Yakima Valley, I understand the local communities, employers, and economic drivers that shape our region. That local knowledge helps me better understand my clients' situations and identify financing solutions that support long-term success.

My wife and I are raising four children, including a child with special needs. That experience has deepened my empathy for families facing medical or personal challenges and reinforced the value of a stable home environment. Outside of work, I enjoy life on our small farm, following sports, meeting new people, volunteering with Children's Village of Yakima, and supporting community organizations that make a difference for local families.
