Preston Froula

I'm Preston Ryan Froula, a Mortgage Loan Officer with Guild Mortgage serving Yakima, the Yakima Valley, and homebuyers throughout Washington and Texas. I've worked in mortgage lending since 2020, helping first-time homebuyers, move-up and repeat buyers, veterans, investors, relocation clients, doctors, business owners, and self-employed borrowers.

My experience includes conventional, FHA, VA, jumbo, down payment assistance, construction, investment property, Non-QM, medical professional, reverse mortgage, and first-time homebuyer financing. I bring a financial perspective to every conversation through my Business Finance degree from Gonzaga University, along with strong problem-solving skills, quick responsiveness, and open availability.

As a fifth-generation Yakima Valley native, I know this community as home. I also serve clients in Ellensburg, the Tri-Cities, Sunnyside, Wapato, Prosser, Spokane, Seattle, Walla Walla, Moses Lake, and in the Houston area, including The Woodlands, Spring, and Katy.

My goal is for every client to feel comfortable, important, and well taken care of. I focus on clear communication, education, and helping clients understand their options so they can make informed home financing decisions.

I was named the 2024 Yakima Association of Realtors Partner of the Year and serve on the Salvation Army Advisory Board and Catholic Charities Board. Outside of work, I enjoy golfing, fishing, traveling, Gonzaga basketball, and time with family.
