Miliset Bustamante

I'm Miliset Bustamante, a Mortgage Loan Officer with Guild Mortgage serving homebuyers throughout Washington State, with a strong local focus on Yakima County, Benton County, Franklin County, and King County. I've worked in mortgage lending since 2024 and bring prior banking experience with credit and loans to the way I help clients prepare for homeownership.

I work with first-time homebuyers, veterans, investors, self-employed borrowers, move-up buyers, repeat buyers, and Spanish-speaking homebuyers. My mortgage specialties include Conventional, FHA, VA, construction and jumbo loans, down payment assistance, investment properties, Non-QM, and bank statement loans.

My approach is centered on communication, education, responsiveness, and thoughtful loan strategy. I take time to explain the mortgage process, answer questions, and help clients understand what comes next without making them feel pressured. When someone isn't ready to purchase yet, I can help create a credit plan or longer-term goal so they have clear steps to work toward.

As a bilingual Loan Officer, I value being able to relate to the families I serve and make mortgage information easier to understand. Coming from a Hispanic family that didn't have access to the resources and financial knowledge I have today has shaped my commitment to sharing that knowledge with others, particularly underserved and minority communities.

Outside of mortgage lending, I'm involved in my community and enjoy helping others grow through education and access to information. I have managed two projects with the nonprofit organization Enactus and am a member of the Sigma Beta Delta Honor Society.
