Erik Ramirez

I'm Erik Ramirez, a Mortgage Loan Officer with Guild Mortgage serving Yakima County and homebuyers throughout Washington State. I've worked in mortgage lending since 2018, helping clients understand their options and make confident home financing decisions.

 

I especially enjoy working with first-time homebuyers and clients purchasing investment properties. My experience includes FHA loans, conventional home loans, reverse mortgages, and down payment assistance programs. Whether someone is preparing to purchase a home, exploring a refinance, or looking for an investment property, I focus on finding financial solutions that fit their goals and situation.

 

Communication is a big part of how I work. My clients know I'm always a call, text, or email away. I take the time to explain the process, answer questions, and create a clear strategy so clients can move forward feeling confident and excited about their next step.

 

As a local Mortgage Loan Officer in Yakima, I also bring knowledge of neighborhoods and communities throughout the Yakima Valley. I regularly serve clients in Yakima, Toppenish, Sunnyside, and Grandview, while originating mortgages across Washington.

 

In 2023, I received the Estrella Award from CWHCC. Outside of mortgages, my hobbies are watching baseball or running around with my kids.
